SHIPPING POLICY
At Ferreira.Sisters, we want to inform you that we ship to the U.S. and internationally as well. Once we receive and process your order, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to ship and 2-5 business days for the product to be delivered at your doorstep (excluding public holidays) for U.S addresses and 2-5 business days to ship and 6-10 business days for the product to be delivered internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and destination. We take great care in handling our products and use secure packing to ensure they arrive free from damage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ferreira.Sisters please note that we do not offer returns or refunds unless the products are damaged or wrongly delivered. In such cases, customers have 24 hours upon receiving the order to contact us by email at ferreirasistersandco@gmail.com. We will review the order and if the product has a printing error, we will gladly refund. If the wrong product is delivered, we will gladly resend the product at no charge.
