All of our products are handmade with care by our small family business. Minor variations in size, color, and design are to be expected and are part of the charm of handmade items. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these uniquely crafted products unless there is a major defect.

We strive to create bookmarks that reflect your vision. While we will do our best to accommodate your wishes, please note that the final product may differ slightly from your request. We reserve the right to reject any customization requests that do not align with our beliefs or values. Due to the personalized nature of custom bookmarks, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that your request is final before submitting.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At Ferreira.Sisters please note that we do not offer returns or refunds unless the products are damaged or wrongly delivered. In such cases, customers have 24 hours upon receiving the order to contact us by email at ferreirasistersandco@gmail.com. We will review the order and if the product has a printing error, we will gladly refund. If the wrong product is delivered, we will gladly resend the product at no charge.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered items pass to you upon our electronic transmission to the email address or account you provided. The risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
